Corvette is back - New Engine - Heat issue solved?

The 15' Corvette is back from the Chevrolet dealer in Hastings, NE. Great job on their part, they diagnosed the issue, had a new long block shipped in, and in 13 days time, had me on the road again. Not bad for a full engine replacement. How do we prevent this from happening again on a year/model of Corvette that is known for this type of issue, we attempt to resolve the heat issue that is a known issue.
