Hi Nitin, I pour a plaster bat and carve the logo into that by hand. Then I take cone 6 porcelain and press several masters into that plaster bat and bisque fire them to cone 04. I then use those porcelain molds to produce the springs that will be scored and slopped onto the mugs.

Nice order of mugs! Do you grind all and do you have a vacuum setup for when you grind? Thanks for sharing.

Yes freddie, I use a lapidary grinder and a vacuum blower to keep the dust down.
