For anybody saying ripped to my music career, you need deliverance... Cory Henry put in the work, you have to put in the work, bottom line... Cory Henry is an encouragement, but when y'all say things like my career is over, you are making this a competition and the last time I checked God Would like your service just as much as he likes Cory services,(God's work is not competitive so making this a competition) stop belittle yourselves and get around good teachers and discipline yourself's to Study...

31 Dislikes don't need Jesus, they need to understand music. Corey makes extraordinary music, what's God got to do with it? Music is not ideological - it cannot express political, social or religious ideas - only musical ones. If the music has words - that's something else. Words can express anything - but music can't. It's hardwired to the emotions - a fairly limited, if very powerful range of feelings like sadness, yearning, joy. But music cannot say 'there is a God' or (as I would say - 'there is no God'). It cannot say 'destroy your enemies' or 'take drugs' or ' have sex'. That's what words are for, not music. Be content with power of music. leave God out of it! Love, peace and rationalism
@nathanielsaxe30499 жыл бұрын
Lol it's just the gospel community being who they are. I totally agree with you that his incredible talent is born from practice and dedication rather than some sorta divine influence, but if somebody wants to attribute it to a god I just roll with it. The important thing is that we're both wholeheartedly appreciating his incredible talent. Love, peace and whatever else gets you by
@ProdByVellwrld9 жыл бұрын
All im saying is you both are Idiots God is the reason we are here Im not saying Stop believing in what you already Believe in. But really Keep god out of it? You say THERE IS NO GOD I say There Is a God. This man Right here Believes it as well as I do Read The Bible and. Stop Hating The gospel Community Is more than being who WE are "You guys Must LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE THE DEVIL" Stop being Who you Are NOT And Stop Trying To Get people to believe you both Nathaniel Saxe jeffkwells2003 Stop BEING HATERS NOW.
@AkilHenry9 жыл бұрын
jeffkwells2003 Lol dude, you can't come on a gospel music video channel, watch a dude who grew up in church and believes in Jesus come and play a song which has words that praise Jesus on it and say leave God out of it...I thought you were about rationalism, and that is a really irrational statement loool. But I'm sure you don't know much about the church circle - the song lyrics are "I love you, I love you, I love you Lord today, because you cared for me in such a special way, that's why I praise you and I lift you up and magnify your name, that's why my heart is filled with praise". So clearly this particular piece of music is saying that there is a God - that's clearly the message it was supposed to convey. What's God got to do with it? Cory (and I) would say that God gave him the gift to be able to play music - yeah he worked extremely hard, but we did not get here by ourselves, we didn't create ourselves.

@jeffkwells20039 жыл бұрын
Akil Henry Well, obviously, I should expect to find God-botherers on a gospel channel so you've got me there but, nevertheless, I criticise irrationality where I find it and there's nothing more depressingly irrational than talking about a loving god in the world we both inhabit. Where was the loving god when the deranged pilot of the German wings Airbus took 150 innocents down with him? Where was God when the Nazis slaughtered millions? All His Divine (and loving) purpose no doubt. No we didn't create ourselves. It took millions of years of a process called evolution. A well understood, rational process. Have a look at some Richard Dawkins clips on KZbin. Love and peace.
