Absolutely ridiculous how loud the crowd was during the more intimate moments. I can't imagine how frustrating it must have been for a genius like Cory to have people talking over him and not paying attention during those intros/outros and solo keyboard sections

The Mics and Camera are back by the Sound board and pick up a lot of crowd noise in the back, by the stage you don't hear any crowd and the crowd is respectful. The sound here is not representative of the venue.

Weather Report was one the most incredible Super Fusion Bands along with The Mahavishnu Orchestra, and Return to Forever, but Weather Report did not FUNK like these guys!

Maybe that means the vibes are just extremely good, don't see what's wrong with that. I was at a Snarky Puppy concert in the Netherlands and I would love to see more dancing. When everyone is quiet and standing still it creates a kind of tension in my opinion.

+Yannick Bakker it's very different in europe and US, we have classical respect, but making noise and screaming is not dispespect in US i think. For US musician it might be very hard to play in europe for the firsts few times because you might feel a bored crowd because it's too quiet

I'm back. Naturally I couldn't rest until I came up with it. I also see that another contributor named Zsnakeistaken noted it four years ago but must not have seen your question. The song is "Caravan" - first recorded in 1936 by Duke Ellington. This nearly 83-year-old fart recognized the tune from long ago but I had to work to come up with it. I'll bet you're surprised that Cory Henry is one of my favorites - but he is - especially when he's playing on anything that resembles the sound of a Hammond B-3.
