My husband was stationed in Korea over thirty years ago and he absolutely loves Korean food. I have searched for authentic Korean recipes to make for him without any luck until I foundJia's you tube video. I made this Bulgogi for him and he said that it was like he was still in Korea, it was exactly like he remembered it tasting. Thank You Jia for helping me to create this amazing dish for my husband. I will definitely continue to watch your videos and recreate the meals that you making. Your instructions are very easy to follow. Thank you !!

Over the years of hosting international students in our home some of the best experiences we have had are when the Korean students mother would visit and take over our kitchen for a traditional Korean dinner. We have learned how to prepare many delicious Korean dishes as well as even how to make our own Kimchee.

It's so nice to watch a video by a Korean chef who is not trying to be cutesy or cracking jokes every minute in order to earn "Likes". I'm sure you guys know which chefs I'm referring to. How refreshing to come back to a chef just teaching the basics of Korean cooking without gimmicks, one-liners or special effects ! This is the way cooking is meant to be taught.

I love Bolgogi and have made it before. It was absolutely delicious and tasted just like the Korean BBQ I visited here in Baltimore, Maryland. I love to cook and I am glad this video popped up. The recipe I made was from Aaron and Claire here on KZbin. It made like 10 servings so now with your recipe for 1 to 2 servings, it will be nice to not have so much sauce leftover but I did freeze it and will make with chicken soon. Thank you for this video and I will be cooking more with you in the future. 💜
