Great review! I just played through this game a couple weeks ago. Unfortunately, it was on my GP2X Wiz emulator, so I still need to pick up the real thing. I was really impressed with it. Reminded me a lot of Air Zonk. :)

@airthrow Thanks my friend. At home I use Adobe Premiere (mixed with Photoshop, After Effects, etc.). However, at work I am more Apple based with Final Cut and Avid. But.....if you know what you want, you can get things to edit how you want with ANY program. :) Thanks for watching!

@ironeli101 I use a generic converter I purchased in about 1993. So, I really don't know if it's being made or around anymore. You know? Ha ha. :) It doesn't really need to work with CD games at all, it's for converting chip games (but it will work with Japanese Super System and Arcade cards, if that is what you are getting at)? Thanks for this excellent review Spida1a! The game just got in my PC Engine/TG-16's "Best Games Hall of Fame"! It sits just aside the likes of Air Zonk, Aero Blasters, Gate of Thunder and the such! By the way, have you tried Super Air Zonk?

After playing the hell out of Air Zonk.... I really want to get this game. I had no idea it was this good. Definitely an overlooked import game. This company makes some hard games for sure. Nexzr will destroy your future if you don't figure it out.... that and Tatsujin. AHHHHHHHHH! Why do I like these games?!?!?!

I tried to see if Naxat Soft had any relation to Hudson Soft (creators of Air Zonk), and I couldn't find any. This game sounds and looks so much like Air Zonk - even down to enemy patterns and background scrolling.
