Cory, you've explained how you get your clean tones. Now, you have to explain how you get that awesome lead tone. For such a player with such a bright sound, the lead tone was so thick and dark. Really digging it.

I came because of the collab with Tom Misch. That was incredible. Every musician added to the music and it all came together wonderfully. Everyone had stank face 😂 But really, everyone was feeling it and added to the sound nicely. Super cool to see everyone play together like that. That guitar solo was sick! Love the whales at 2:43 especially. That was a sick video.

Brian Clarke this was pre ‘let’s do takes’. it was actually a warmup to make sure we had the form right. at the end i say “let’s do it!” as in...let’s start recording. but caleb the engineer yelled from the other room. “nah man! that was it, move on!”
