I watched the "I Heard It Too" animation when I was younger, and it gave me nightmares for years. The way the monster moved and the way the real mother was brutally slaughtered was just... It gave me the chills. Even watching it now, years later, it still manages to send some shivers down my spine. I applaud the creators for making such a short yet terrifying animation.

Pretty sure "I heard it too" is about child abuse. The monster represents the bad side of the mom, (When shes drunk, doing drugs, etc) and the "real" mom is a representation of the good side of the mother. When she is killed, it represents evil overcoming the good side. When the monster hugs Sarah, shes asking for forgiveness. Obviously, Sarah sees her as the monster and tries to defend herself, causing the mom to try to hurt her again. (Maybe it's just a short and I'm thinking about it to much lol)

Nah man tbh this is extremely interesting, but that's just an interpretation, this video was just meant to be scary with a monster and a very special thing. When someone wrote "A girl heard her mom call her from downstairs, so she started heading down there. Her mom then grabbed her and told her I heard it too", he wasn't thinking at all of a mom's bad side and good side. The animation made you think that because there are two moms, but the whole principle of the animation was not to be interpreted but just to animate the story and creep y'all out, which they marvelously did.

Hi Im Anthony Christbown Im 14 years old and it was Halloween...... I was ready to go to school and my mom dropped me off as I was getting off to enter into the school I walked by the principal and he acted a little strange, I know this because me and the principal know each other well. But I assumed that it was nothing. so I walked into my Orchestra class to drop off my instrument, and my Orchestra teacher had a frown on her face, So I walked up to her and I said "is everything alright?" she instantly turned into a happy face and she said "of course!" I was a little bit freaked out but I assumed it was nothing again. I arrived at my homeroom early because we had a test. So I did not go to the library. So I was at my desk studying when my classmate said to me, "the incident was insane right!" I did not know what he was talking about so I said "what Incident?" But as soon as he was about to tell me the Civics teacher came in and said "Alright everybody are you ready for your test". Everybody in my classroom said yes. So I was in the test there was 32 questions and most of them were easy but the last question was weird it said "what was the name of the incident that happened at school yesterday?" At this point I was freaked a little bit freaked out so I guessed the answer, because I did not know it. I got a 98.23 on my test I only got one wrong and it was the last question. I picked "The murdering of bill" but it was wrong. I raised my hand to ask the teacher what was the right question but than the bell rings so I gone to bell two, and three, nothing happened. But bell four, now English was a little bit strange the teacher was crying when we walked in the room, I said "are you okay" and she said "yes I am" so I gone with her word, As soon as we were all in the room she was saying "alright everybody go to your Agenda". She was explaining what we had to do, when she had a weird voice crack saying "your" she said it in a dark voice something like it came from a demon. the whole classroom laughed but I did not. After the whole classroom laughed, she said, she needed to go to the powder room, as she was walking out of the door I followed her and she went into the girls restroom, I went into the girls restroom and she was looking in the mirror, and she looked as if she was vibrating her head or twitching really fast. As I was looking at her the lights went out. 5 seconds later I hear a dark pitched scream I was so scared that I screamed and than the lights came back on and she was gone... I was running back to my class room crying and as I was at the door at my classroom I looked down the hall that I came from and saw a women with a dress dripping with black ink so I ran inside the class room crying and saw that all of my classmates heads were turned to me smiling with black ink dipping out of there mouth's I was scared out of my mind so I ran back out of the class room to go back downstairs I was downstairs and I saw that one lady again, and this time she started to run towards me fast with loud footsteps screaming in a deep voice I tried to run out of the school but it was locked so I gone into the closest room I could find, a closet. She was trying to look for me. She was creaking the doors open and than shutting them loud, so I quickly locked the door to the closet so she can't get in. The slams were getting louder and louder. till finally she reached the door I was in and she tried opening it but it did not work, so she tried to shake it violently screaming as loud as she can, I was crying more than I ever cried but than it suddenly stopped I heard a metal sound drop on the floor and metal footsteps but than I realized there is a vent in the closet.. SHE WAS GOING THROUGH THE VENTS!! I tried to open the door but I couldn't it was like it was barricaded with a chair. So I tried and be as quiet as I can standing in a dark corner. Hoping that she was not see me, the vents to the closet opened and I saw a black hand with long black finger nails touch the floor and than the rest of the body came out . She was looking around the closet feeling everything around her. Than she felt my chest. I was staying as still as I can knowing that her hand was touching my chest then she whispered into my ear IT'S YOUR FAULT! Than she dug her sharp nails into my chest. as soon as that happened I woke up in my bed, I said to my self "phew just another bad dream," I checked my alarm clock and it was 11:30. So I went to the bathroom to go do my business when I looked in the mirror I saw a black hand with black fingernails coming out of the vent in my bathroom. Hi this was me after writing this story I was actually scared making some parts

Scariest moment in my life was I read something about sleep paralysis a few hours before bed. And when I fell asleep I got one. The distance between my study chair and my bed are just centimetres away, and my mistake was I turned the sitting side to face me. When I got the sleep paralysis, I keep repeating in my head not to imagined demons, Satan, etc. But WHILE I was thinking about NOT thinking about it. I saw a fucking Mickey mouse satan look a like. Its so fucking creepy, I can hear it talking to me and idk in my mind I imagined it was slowly creeping towards me, I force myself to roll over and turn on the light. Believe me or not, when I was 3/4 years old I always got sleep paralysis every.single.night. I would force my self to move and just sit around my parents' bedroom for awhile thinking what the hell just happened.

Here’s a scary story. I was around 7 when this happened. It was the Fourth of July and all the fireworks had already gone off and all the food was already eaten. I was sleeping when a loud BANG woke me up. When I looked at my clock it was possibly midnight, (I don’t remember honestly) but I thought it was just some drunk idiot setting off fireworks after that night. I still got up though. Btw my dad was at work at the time. My mother was in the hallway that connected our two rooms on the second floor. I asked her: “Did you hear that?” And she replied in something that will forever haunt me. It wasn’t what she said, it was her tone that frightened me, she was never really scared but now there was pure, utter, fear in her voice. The shakiness was another part that haunts me to this day. “Yes.” She replied. Another loud bang, now it didn’t sound like a firework, but a gunshot. I was about to cry when I ran into her arms. She quickly pulled out her phone and dialed 911. Another gunshot. They told her an officer would patrol around our house. We sat there, afraid of what would happen. The fear of the unknown, I guess as the gunshots continued to fire. It sounded closer now that I think of it. Eventually the gunshots stopped and I just went to sleep. I have only told my parents about this incident however, so this is my first time sharing what happened. This is all true.

I have a story too In my second house I ever lived in besides my grandma's house something happened that has scared me since. I was like 10 and in the living room reading a book and my mom was in the basement smoking a cigarette throughout that time my dad worked later after i went to bed, i was about to go to bed when i heard a knock on the door i thought it was my dad because like i said he worked late and usually had his hands full, so i thought it was him at the door so i opened it my mom i guess heard the knock so she was coming up the stairs when i opened the door there was a man covered in blood he said “help me i got beat up”, i screamed at the top of my lungs and my mom came rushing up the stairs i slammed the door and locked it i told my mom and we got my brother and went in the middle of the hallway and called the police. Next day we found out that on my neighbors security cameras there was a black car that dumped this guy out after apparently beating him up and I could not sleep for the rest of the night. True story btw

The scariest moment of my life was, one day I was feeling really sick and I was having muscle pains all over my body. So I’m watching Cory on KZbin and all of a sudden my mom calls me. She askes if I could help her do the groceries. After A while of me fighting with her about the fact that I’m sick and I could barely stand up. I finally just accepted the fact that I have to go to and get the groceries. While I’m getting the groceries in my garage I hear two very loud thumps, but it wasn’t on the roof it felt like it was on the other side of the car. I ignore and carry on with groceries I was grabbing the last bag too. I grabbed the last bag from the car. The thumps turned into footsteps I panicked because the footsteps right behind me I scream historically. Running back in the house for my life and me and my mom both checked the garage and I realized that it was my sister!!! She didn’t really talk too much so I figured it out eventually that it was her!
