The straps that come with this car seat are too small for the higher slots. I can’t buckle my son in it bc the straps are too short. Would be nice if you guys made them a little longer.

when you show us how and where to put the straps the straps were to high. if you put them down one they would be at his or her shoulders.

It's supposed to be at or just below the child's shoulders it was to high and it was hurting the child's neck and the guy was trying to make the child higher

At or below is just for rear facing, for forward facing you want the straps at or above the shoulders.
