The broom on the right is not a typical broom, it's a stand that hooks on the brace on her back. Notice how she never turns around. You can see him slightly lift her hips on each "notch" that he leaves her at 45 degrees and 90 degrees. She's using pure strength to keep her legs straight as you can see her legs shaking slightly when he picks her feet up. A brace, a stand (the broom), and strength conditioning. She deserves all the credit.
