Timer is started as soon as the ball hits any part of the basket. These are shots that take the longest to go in the hoop!

No. Theoretically, yes, but technically (as in relating to technique) there is no way to consistently get these results. Maybe possible to calculate once around the rim, but it will always take luck because of how many variables go into shooting.
@legendgames128
@legendgames128 2 ай бұрын
@@lancepeterson7997 It's the butterfly effect, where even the tiniest changes in the starting conditions can have a massive unpredictable effect on the outcome. Like a basketball player wanting to spin the ball around the rim ten times before going in, but they get the angle wrong by 0.000001 degrees (because humans can't be that precise, especially in competitive scenarios) and all the sudden the ball merely goes around twice before falling in.

I love how scientific this video was, with the timer. Most that have this same title just throw clips together randomly in what is obviously not ‘but increasingly longer’ order.

I love how the genre starts to switch from high bounces and soft touch jumpers to toilet bowl shots. It gives some insight into how the longest shots are achieved and the physics of it lol

I like how as the time gets longer, it goes from bounces to spins to multiple bounces to endless spins to plain ridiculousness.

The Kawhi game winner when the ball was thudding around in a completely silent arena, then the crowd erupts as it goes in is hilarious.
