In todays episode I go through how to wrote a cosmetics batch record sheet, what to do when you receive your ingredient inventory and how to track it and record production runs.

Really informative and definitely a must for people wanting to sell their soaps and cosmetic. I think a lot of people fall in love with soap making etc but don't understand all the things that need to be done in the background. It most definitely is daunting.

Definitely, it’s a lot. I just try to have processes in place that make it all faster, like Inventora instead of spreadsheets and connecting my Shopify store to my accounts via an app. Anything to reduce/automate the admin because like you say in your previous video comment, it takes about 1/3 of our time!

did you use excel for the batch record sheet you showed 1.56 min into video

No, it’s just a table in word, but you could use excel if you preferred.
