I bought the CB-GK-16 from the CosmicByte website and it arrrived today. In the website it shows as swappable switches and is also said in the packaging but in reality the switches are not swappable and the switches are stuck in place. Before buying I asked the customer support and they assured me that this variant has swappable switches but that was a lie too. I tried talking to the customer care after receiveing it demanding a refund cause i was obviously scammed but they are saying that it will be refunded as store credit and not to my original method of payment which was by UPI.
