I believe Mei used to be an infinite seer but after the fall of the infinite empire Mei and other followers were searching for ways to rebuild the empire that's where she discovered the ravager and, like you said starpower, she broke free.

I would like to drop the fact that if whoever is chosen DOESN'T answer the call, a Zenyatta and mccassidy ai will appear as the ship is repairing. (Meaning they both could have very well been tempted beforehand and are likely part of the "past" crew that was sent here). As well as one of the Cosmic Ravager's voice lines talks about the infinite, a faction in the overwatch comic universe. (As well as in the game) This means both of the seasons and battlepasses are connected. This means the other battlepasses might be connected to other ones!

I get that people hate losing because of a traitor but its iterally the point of the game mode. Being the betrayer in hard is already 50% to win. I’ve played expert and god as soon as the betrayer appeared, winning as the survivors is impossible. It’s grateful that in my first try on expert no betrayal happened.

*For the people wondering on how to win as the Imposter:* To win Hard, Expert and Lethal difficulty easily, you MUST be chosen as Moira. Not only she has a bigger chance to be chosen but also her coal is super powerful and can almost one shot the DPS characters lol PS: Make sure you grab one of the batteries so, when you fall into the maw, the battery will be next to the maw and the good guys will have a bad time getting it! Kinda feel bad for this mode not getting the attention it deserves since everyone's focused on the new ranked. I really enjoyed the random aspect of choosing the imposter but I wish there was a special interaction if no one gave in (like the hero admitting they heard some voices but decided to stay) just so it would be a hint for other players what could happen in the mission. I feel like a lot of people might've played it, not gotten the imposter and thought that was all the mode had to offer.

One of the most fun experiences I’ve had recently was playing as Moira on this mode and receiving the call. I emoted “Sorry” right as I jumped into the maw and turned against Mei, Sigma and Soldier. It was awesome to give them hell despite the highly defensive setup and I ended up winning.

I´m most likely in the minority but I like how they introduce game-modes based of existing games like Magic & Mischief (Prop Hunt) and now Cosmic-Crisis (Among Us) as I never played those games but am interested if it´s in Overwatch. But even if I no one betrays the team it´s a fun little PvE-Mission for some change of pace and I´m a fan of that, too.
