What is the research of eating cannabis flower whole without extraction? After a decarb process? Effectively, just decarboxylate the plant material, eat the entire bud, and let the body do the extraction process. Seems more holistic than smoking or extracting. I use it to treat anxiety, insomnia, GERD, pain, and I also use it for weight control, to control cholesterol, blood pressure, blood sugar, to reduce inflammation, nausea, to reduce risk of dementia when I get old, and to protect my cells from the covid variants. I also use it to get high because it's nontoxic and I never get addicted to it. Cannabis combined with medicinal mushrooms and a healthy diet is the ultimate strategy to prevent disease and live longer. There's other plants that have amazing benefits but cannabis just does so much more. I'm doing this in my 30s because I plan to live as long as possible and hopefully receive the treatment to slow or reverse aging if it becomes available in my lifetime, then I'll hopefully be able to keep extending my lifespan and experience the distant future. Doesn't seem extremely likely for this to happen but it's certainly more likely than at any other time in history.

@@UltraK420 Most people don't get addicted to it, but I did. I'm guessing I was using it too much, every other hour I would inhale, and it became difficult to stop when I needed to after seeing it affect my life and relationships with others, in the sense that I couldn't do anything or have fun without being high. The detox wasn't horrible, but I didn't feel mentally well, had quite a bit of irritability, and felt some physical symptoms such as akathisia and diarrhea. It certainly didn't do anything for my high blood pressure and GERD. May I ask how you ingest it and at what frequency?
@jeromegarcia53962 жыл бұрын
@@-Ncrypt there's different types of cannabis, indica, sativa, and ruderalis. Then you have hybrid mixes with all three strains. Add the different ways of cannabis use, smoking, eating o topical you have a good understanding there's a possibility you haven't found what works for you... Tho addiction to cannabis is a thing I guess, that's actually not an issue given the addiction to whatever symptoms one my have, as those are far more greater a problem than addiction to a plant without health risk other than addiction.. I'd, try all forms if I were you, don't write it off, cannabis won't destroy your physical health no matter how much you use, sometimes you have to find what works, which is why I grow and advocate, I know what works for me now after decades of trying everything...

I worked in the cannabis industry for 10 years. Started on the sales floor, then moved out to the farm, and then into the marketing department. Helping people who had given up on traditional medicine was the most rewarding part for me. I helped a PTSD vet with a sleep disorder. She moved from Texas to California just to access cannabis. It was amazing to see her transformation. So many people came through our doors with debilitating diseases and found relief in cannabis. My mother had Alzheimer's; I made some low-dose spice cookies that kept her from wondering at night. In the morning she would wake up with a healthy appetite. The answer to Neil’s question is a resounding yes! In 2016 I rejected what medicine had to offer me for 5 autoimmune and unrelenting pain. I envied the dead and mourned my waking each morning. I live In Idaho and at 58 when I first tried cannabis in form of FECO out of sheer desperation and found it helpful but traveling to Oregon when i was in the middle of an inflammatory event, was a huge challenge. Things like prickly lettuce, and many different herbs used topical have been amazing for me. I believe based on what has finally worked for me that my vagus nerves was damaged during a double mastectomy . Multiple symptoms in next 12 hours suggest something bad happened to my vagus nerve but in 2001 I don’t know that my doctors knew what it was as they never found reason for gaining 26 pounds over night in the hospital going from size 8 pants to size 18, when I was too sick and power vomiting for hours to even eat. Over time inflammatory event on top of inflammatory event gaining 10-30 pounds in a 24 hr period left me at size 28 pants probably 270-280 I tossed scale at 250 size 24 or 3xxx pants. Thanks to a multitude of plant and mushroom experiments starting low going slow and tracking changes. I have learned to manually do what vagus nerve should do with manipulations, vibration, breathing, and many herbs. I am now 140. Size 6 pants. It requires 3-5 hours of physical theories every day and incorporating many things like humming tapping use of heat pads, layering of clothes to maintain body stability. Many adaptogenicgenic, mushrooms, and herbs are absolutely amazing in their support of my body. In 2016 when I gave up on medicine after 15 years of pure torture I was never under a 7 and daily off the pain chart. (My labor without meds is a 7 on my scale). I now have pain free periods most days, and some pain free days. Plants are amazing and I am totally hooked on herbs. Thank gosh for pub med but information on herbs is still very limited. We need a department of natural medicine to help better research, understand and educate the public about herbs and natural medicines and therapies. Thanks for distracting me from pain and encouraging scientific Experimentation over these years.

What strains do you use?
@handleyourface2 жыл бұрын
@@Lashemaozur indica I use for my dystonia symtoms which for me translates into pain, insomnia occasionally too since tremors is often annoying enough to keep me awake. Sativa, if I'm planning for an active or productive day. Depression easily settles in if you allow it but I find sativas not only knock out the blues but if your the creative type it increases that modality naturally. Sometimes a hybrid if my off day sets in. I dont want too much sedation effects (.ie couch lock) but have some pain relief 50/50 hybrid. Hope that helps. If you look at my video listing in PD and cannibus, I have some strain videos I shared or if you want a reliable compedium you can add the leafly app to your cellphone/pc. Leafly is compared to webmd but for cannibus.

Dr Stacie is exactly the kind of voice that is needed in the Cannabis industry. She isn’t speaking through feelings like many I see that are pushing for it being legalized. She articulates her studies very well . We need more people like her in the industry rather than the stereotypical “stoner” who we seem to have the majority of trying to be a voice for the legalization.

Don't know if u meant macro or micro, but macrososing leads to less high and more tolerance and if ur smoking... that is a lot of smoke just saying. My version of macrodosing is being in a sober state, like teeth extractions and u can't smoke sober, then maintain high that is bigger then when u had any tolerance and sustain from there. Some people with no tolerance can smoke a lot naturally or some get high faster and there's no way to tell. That being said if u do this, then even the small amounts for let's say the lightweights everyday is their MACRO dose to the self

I used Indica mints to help with my sleep for about 6 months, really saw improvements during the 1st couple of months, but the dryness of my mouth & sensation of feeling my stomach & getting hungry before sleep, got worse & I really didn’t like it, so I quit basically at the end. Once quit, getting back to sleep naturally was a bit hard, I’d toss & turn for a few hours, listen to some music, then eyes got tired but mind still awake, but after few weeks of adjustments, it’d get better. I only liked the part that before the Indica effects fully kicks in, I can feel the mind & body “sinking”, that’s when I know it’s started, & I’d explore my mind for the next 30 mins to think about the things in life that I normally can’t figure out when sober… LOL it helped solve a lot of my questions in life, the mind just ran on its own, so fast & visual/graphic of the logic process, I had trouble tracing back the memory of how the logic flows basically, that’s the cool part I liked, but it’d last only for a while before “sinking” deeper to sleepiness…

Well what's the point of using weed then? I select which strain I use in the morning for work knowing how I will react to the "high" it offers. So NO you are not an addict if you're looking into the type "high" you're going to be.

I have had sever asthma all my life. Before I started smoking I was always in and out of hospitals and I had no quality of life. At 18 I starte smoking marijuana and my symptoms lessened more and more and gave me quality of life. I was able to get married have kids, live life. I'm sixty years old now, still suffer with asthma but at tolerable levels. I speak with my Doctor's but they don't understand how it helps. I never understood why there hasn't been more research concerning asthmatic conditions. Pardon my terrible sentence structure. Thank you for this video.

I've heard a lot of people say the same, but i've had no luck myself. I've been suffering asthma provoked mostly by allergy since around eleven or twelve years ago. I've always seen people say that it's helped with their asthma, but since i started smoking recreationally a couple of years ago, i've seen no improvement whatsoever, even worse, if i do it too often, as in a couple of days in a row, it affects me negatively, and i need to grab my salbutamol puff.

You're lucky. I used to smoke ciggs and weed .years after quitting cigarettes I got copd (damn nictine) but sadly weed exacerbates my copd and edibles don't work. Darn, I wish I could smoke weed to breathe better. Maybe I should smoke less . would be more comfortable.

10MG CBD took a severe pain from a pinched nerve. I had in my shoulder from a 9 to a 0 (1-10) within 30 hours that I had been dealing with for 2 weeks. I kept taking it and noticed months later that my severe depression had not flared up once! Powerful medicine!
