It was at 1:40 that really got me good. The sudden switch in tune from the rapid buildup to a smooth tune. My first time listening to this song at all, it absolutely caught me by surprise, and I loved every second of it!

the rest of the song minus the chorus is a power-bop. Derrick McKenzie's drumming is a tight, powerful, flowing groove

fuckin hell , i love it . i find my body moving without me knowing its moving ,i will make a nightclub one day which plays 70's early 2000's music so when people come in they can dance and has a vibe to it, groovy funky situations on the dancefloor , instead of the generic abismal shocking soulles crap in our nightclubs these days
