The circle on the phone case basically makes it "mag safe" compatible (can use wireless chargers through the case, use magnetic accessories, etc), I really only see it on iPhone cases. They're usually more expensive. I tend to see about a $10 increase on two iPhone cases that are the same but one has mag safe. Source: I work at a phone store. (PS, if you don't need a protective case then most silicone cases can be wirelessly charged through, you just can't use most mag safe accessories)

Well, yeah you only see them on Iphones lol, it was created by Apple, for iphones. Mag safe isn't something you will ever find on an android phone. Androids have wireless charging which isn't entirely the same as mag safes technology.
