We are talking about a mind state and general compassion mindset towards all beings. Not necessarily a bureaucracy situation. After all it's the corporate agenda which distorted and loop holed and spliced away at the taxation system and made it into the bureaucratic and chaotic thing that it is today.

So a dystopian ideology is what this is. Equal rights does not mean equal obligstions and does not trump the rights of People to discrininate and form groups. There can be no right of obligstions of one person to another as it makes them slaves to one another bypassing any free will or freedom of choice to do what they see as right. A Cosmopolitan view is based on arbitrary moral codes that cannot be applied properly or universally to create artificial equality. It confuses equality of value of human life with way of being. In other words it seems to delve samewhat into communism in this sense trying to produce feigned equality of outcome which mandate destroying uniqueness in the process. Its not that its hard to practice but that it is immoral and wrong to practice that makes its adherents few and far between. One can simply ask why does a Cosmopolitan not let any one into their home and keep locka on their doors, its the World home after all.
