It’s probably awkward for her with the other girls right now. Ultimately they support her decision for her mental health but you have to remember that Jesy left literally just as an album dropped and it’s probably really messed up their plans. There may be frustration and that’s okay. All four women are human beings and it’s their business not ours. They are sisters deep down and maybe they just need some time and space and that’s okay. Jesy seems so happy here and the girls are thriving so let’s just be happy for them all.

Liam repeated one of the comments laughed and said "no, let's be serious" and went on to wish her. Zayned out is a term to describe when a friend is leaving and you don't want to believe it. "zayned out" has always been a term fans use to say when someone leaves. But all of a sudden the meaning changed and they started taking offense to it. I don't think even liam knows that people find it offensive now.

People are saying that she never deserved to be in the group or that she couldn’t sing but that’s why she left the group. Both her and Leigh Anne felt like they weren’t favoured by the fans or public and they both weren’t happy for so long. If you compare the experiences for the girls themselves, taking Jade as an example, Jade said that little mix was her saving grace and what helped her to get over her eating disorder and is why she is no longer anorexic. But Jesy, who at the start of the journey was happy and healthy, developed an eating disorder, was diagnosed with depression and anxiety, attempted suicide, developed self hatred and body dysmorphia and began to associate all the negatives with the group and the environment. Her leaving the group may be her saving grace the same way joining the group was jades. If the other members of the group are happy, why are the fans acting like Jesy owes them anything.

The thing that we need to differentiate is them as friends and family and them as a band. Even the girls (Little mix as it is right now) said that they do therapy to be able to separate little mix as a band and little mix as a family, to not take the frustrations of the group home. So it makes sense that they are still friends and sisters, and that she's back doing music, but needed to leave the group (that doesn't consist of just the girls) and the idea around it.

With all due respect, I think Jesy leaving was the best thing to happen for all 4 girls. It’s obvious that Jesy is much happier, and LM are happy and able to finally do things they weren’t able to do like the Confetti video concept, group therapy, etc...as much as i love jesy and understand her mental health issues, there’s no doubt that her not wanting to be there probably put a strain on the other girls. All 4 of them are happy and we need to support them. i wish the best for jesy and little mix. Lots of Jesy fans were so mad at Liam for saying that (even though he was just joking and had a lot of respect for Jesy). I think he personally messaged Jesy to apologise because of that controversy

Not really. As a solo artist if she ever feels she is in a bad place mentally, she can always take a break and come back when she is feeling better. She wouldn't feel like she is letting the girls down. She has implied multiple times that she felt like she was holding the girls back whenever she was mentally in a bad place. Plus she has already revealed in the interview that working in studio without any pressure has been really therapeutic for her and has helped Her mental health.

My take is that yes she is going to be compared with other ppl/criticized anyway group or solo. The difference is that she doesn't have to face those people she is compared with physically, on daily basis or actively work with them and be reminded of those comments. As a fan, obviously we want them to still be best friends. But 1 thing we need to remember is they are co-workers who happened to vibe with each other pretty well, and hence become friends outside of work. They already have their own private life, family, and friends prior to being grouped together. I think the hardest part is separating when to be professional and when to be personal. I'm pretty sure they are still friends, but not like best best friends that would hang out outside of work. It's like if you have a best friend at work, but after they resign you guys will less likely to stay in touch. You may check in once in a while but that's it. On top of that, I think they had to sign an NDA to not spill anything too much that can alter our views on either parties, so it's best for them to just keep it vague. This happened to me as a Girls' Generation fan and seeing 1 of the member left. The saddest part is we never got a closure, I doubt we will get a closure on this 1 either.

I kinda feel like something happened between the girls that maybe caused them to fight or distance themselves or something like that. Atleast once a week my 8 year old daughter & myself put on the little mix tunes and sing our hearts out. Whilst watching the video to black magic. She paused the video and said mum which one has left little mix. I said Jesy - She asked why? I explained that unfortunately some people are just mean and she wasn't happy.
