Yeah it got really petty and childish apparently with one big fight they mentioned over wearing the same jacket I think it was a parka and the performance is on youtube somewhere 🤣 Thank god theyre all friends now

Natalie is intentionally and seriously overpowering them with her singing. She's angry because of all, and she's not letting it all go away without her having the last say. And Mel clearly does not want to be there. At the end you can see how neither of them wants to be on the stage. Emotions aside, the performance is flawless. One of the best performances they have done of Pure Shores.

They sounded great yet they looked so dispassionate and disconnected from each other. It was really the end. Not a definite end as they came back after almost 5 years, probably a bit too late to be as successful as they used to. _Studio 1_ deserved more success. Either way, their artistry has even improved and their last two albums are probably their best works as whole projects.

Been waiting to watch this one since I read about it in the Appleton sisters book, didn't think it would ever be uploaded. I figured it would be a bit more catty with dagger stares and the like but they all just look like they're in their own little world and it's just sad really :( gorgeous vocals though

@@ticoangelo it's been years since I read it but Natalie made it sound a lot worse and more awkward than this video actually is. She did mention that it was one of the only performances where you could hear each of them and that they sounded incredible during it, which seems to be the case here. They sounded flawless.

Yeah they broke up and came back in 2006. It was mel and shaz on one end and ruby and Nat on the other. It got to a point where they had just had enough of each other and this was there last performance before they split

you can feel the tension here...Shaznay left first.. Mel, Nic & Nat, tried to be together, but just didnt work out..and eventually split completely...too bad they let jeolousy and power struggle affect their stardom, but at least they've reconciled.
