What is ASMR?
“ASMR (autonomous sensory meridian response) or TINGLES are a relaxing, often sedative sensation that begins on the scalp and moves down the body that are triggered by placid sights and sounds such as whispers, accents, and crackles.”
I remember my first time experiencing Tingles! Watching a friend of mine read a book while listening to him turn the pages and lick his finger as he turned each one.
It made my head feel soooo fuzzy I fell asleep right in the armchair I was sitting in.
My goal is to help recreate that feeling for some of you!

This video makes me miss the Scholastic Book Fairs that were held at our school growing up. I felt like I was being "naughty" when I spent my allowance to buy books about mummies and UFOs instead of the "nice" topics my mom wanted me to learn about.
