That's a 'theory' that already exists, although there's no single buzzword for it. It's mainly seen in works of fiction, usually fantasy books and such, but has sadly never taken off, despite how interesting of a concept it is. An example of this in popular media is actually dungeons and dragons, where in the 1st edition it posited that Elminster actually used to visit our Earth for holidays and good tea.

My thought process on how to "catalogue" which universe everything is in is to have "meta" or non roleplay videos be universe 1 and spread out from there. The ERU up to now that you're implementing these alternative universes can be universe 2 and then from there start keeping track of however many alternative universes you branch into. So at the start of the video you were talking to the universe 1 viewer then once you went through the door you were talking to universe 3 viewer. Pretty basic but it's just to make it easy to understand. You could make the meta universe universe 1 and make the others some outlandish number like universe -483,288,678,402 to keep the absurdity factor, just have to remember those numbers and which characters belong to them.
