Such a great tutorial!! I saw the hot glue parting method in your Frieren wig video and tried it for myself, but the first attempt was rough. I didn’t saturate the hair with enough hot glue, so when i brush out the hair after parting, a lot of the hair fell out. Thank you for this tutorial, now I see where I went wrong and how to fix it in the future!! If you’d ever consider it, a drill curl tutorial would be amazing!! I’m on my third attempt at drill curls, and they still look bad. Yours look great, so any type of tutorial would be appreciated:)

thank you for making this kind of video! it really help us cosplayers 💗 also, can i know that if i can replace hot glue with uhu glue? bcs i heard that if i use hot glue for the wig and i bring the wig outdoor the glue will melt and it will fall apart 😭
@HanieCombАй бұрын
@@nanaa5714 For the parting it’s best to use hot glue because once it hardens it holds the direction of the hair upwards more securely, uhu would be too soft for that. Unless it’s really really hot it usually won’t melt that easily

hi! how can you wash a wig like this one? I mean, the glue wouldn't resist the water right?

For styled wigs like this they're not meant to be washed. Instead, air dry it after use on a wig rack, then spray alcohol disinfectant on the netting inside to clean it

thankyou for this! i would like to know how often is possible to ruin wigs while learning? thats what worries me the most… ruining a 25$ wig hurts my soul and thats why i havent been into wig styiling it too much because im afraid of ruining it and wasting money :(
@HanieCombАй бұрын
I'll be frank, learning a new skill is a rocky process and it isn't always smooth sailing. And precisely because of errors we make and how we learn from it that pushes us to improve. Being afraid to fail would hinder and learning progress if we're afraid to take the first step forward.
@meghanb8319Ай бұрын
I’m new to wigs like this, and I will say that I’m already on my third attempt. I’ve been using cheaper wigs since I’m just starting, and thank god I have. I’ve spent probably almost $100 on these wig attempts, and my current attempt still doesn’t look as good as I want. But my money hasn’t gone to waste. I’ve learned a lot from my previous attempts. I’d say start off using cheaper wigs. The ones I’ve got are under $15
