ahead of it's time. Came out at the wrong moment. It perfectly captures that pulpy spirit of adventure and the 30's which is what it was meant to do. Cannot believe people complained about it being too "campy." THAT'S the character. It's like complaining that Batman is too dark. XD

I need to start working with Urethane Rubber , despite its price it seems to be the absolute best material for flexible parts in Cosplay . You can cut it , glue it back together , paint it ... As opposed to other flexible compounds , it's seems so versatile and the perfect choice for cowls and neck seals :D

Cowls fitting like in the comic books is one of the industry's biggest hurdles when it comes to costumes. Falcon's new Captain America cowl was altered with CGI to fit snugly because they couldn't make it sit tightly while he moved his head. Wonder if they'll keep the design in the next movie or change it to avoid all the extra work/money involved.

That cowl turn out awesomeeee!! I have a suggestion, try wearing a wig cap under it, so it will keep your hair in place and also may reduce some bulk for that bit over the forehead, hope this helps you!
