For hand mix u will need more labour... To carry the mix from ground floor to top atleast 7 to 8 person... 3 person in mixing work ground floor... 4 person to carry to top floor... Then 2 mesthry on top.. so it will cost around 7500 for construction labour,.. then electrician charge etc also
