I no longer use the BM800 condenser mic. I upgraded to the Rode Podmic (a Dynamic mic).

@Entertaining_Sports it served while it lasted. The downside of any condenser mic is the need for some acoustic treatment.

In reality, COLA is applied on an annual basis. As doing it every month as CPI changes is not practicable.

Segs, what is the implication of the COLA adjustment then on tax because most of the time, taxes erodes the value of the increases and some employees are by this increases moved into another tax band which makes the adjustment in the long run of no positive and direct effect. Any light on cushioning the effect of tax on COLA increase?

Usually the organization may choose to bear some parts of the tax on COLA in order to cushion the effect on the employees.

Thank you for this. I am asking this out of curiosity, can COLA be adjusted downwards when inflation rate /CPI drops. Lets say the economy generally gets better and inflation drops form 18% to 10%. can a downward adjustment be made?
