Bitcoin is on its way to breaking records, getting closer to hitting new high prices, showing that it's gaining more value and could go even higher than we've seen before. This could mean great things for people looking to invest, suggesting now might be a good time to get involved before it jumps even higher. It's an exciting moment that could change the game in general...managed to grow a nest egg of around 2.3Bitcoin to a decent 27Bitcoin....At the heart of this evolution is Seren Wintersun, whose deep understanding of both cryptocurrency and traditional trading has been instrumental. Her holistic approach to investment and commitment to staying abreast of market trends make her an invaluable ally in navigating this new era in cryptocurrency investment.

The same high-yield potential exists in both bullish and bearish situations; what matters is how information and technique are used. Not neglecting professional advice.

If dim Jim wants rate cuts then he needs to stop the record high immigration, high government employment and high government spending

With due respect, how many times Stephen has been correct in terms of rate cut predictions?? I think never. Away from reality. RBA is doing the right thing keeping it on hold. If they drop the rates now, there is a high risk that inflation could trend up.

He predicted last year that the rate would peak at 3.25%.

I’m completely fascinated that you two don’t talk about how saving should be glorified and interest rates lifted to assist in those who are responsible being rewarded for their discipline. If savings rates are at all time lows, clearly the interest rates are too low. Housing going up and up, it’s just people overpaying and over leveraged. This whole idea that you can’t lift interest rates because people will be unable to pay their mortgage is not good. It means the economy is weak. If the citizens are not able to afford to pay more interest rates then they are too dependent on property speculation. Cost of living hits everyone? So if I have 3 properties and they’ve inflated 23% in 4 years and I have no mortgage it hits me the same as if I were a renting barista? Astoundingly bad point made. And apparently you’re the experts. Say something expert then. Please. Someone feed me a reason I’m wrong.

Spot on. If house prices do not fall by 50-60% to come back in line with wages then the economy will collapse into a depression. Two speed economy

You're absolutely right. But these boys are in the business of lending as much money as they can.

The topline here is a misnomer. The cost of living affects lower income earners more, because they spend MORE of their income on living expenses. High income earners are vastly less affected because they spend LESS of their incomes on those expenses. So yes, a corporate lawyer can be annoyed about the cost of petrol, or eggs, or a holiday - but as a proportion of their inccomes, they are way less inconvenienced than a lower-band earner. This is why increased cost of living hits the poor harder. It's not rocket science.

Where was the concern when house prices started ripping higher over the last 10 years. This was predictable when rates would rise….. corruption and vested interests. East coast property market needs to drop 50%, insanity

Mark why do you bother with Stephen Koukoulas? He is full of you know what. To say the "cost of living hits everybody" is less than double digit IQ. Obviously the people on the mortage belt suffer most of the burden because they are in the "everybody" group and the "mortage" group at the same time. To infer that are renters equally slugged as mortage payers is irresponsible. The mortage belt people pay the most by far and suffer the most by far, then the renters, then those that are debt free. Get to the real issue please. The government has to stop slugging people on the mortage belt and find another way to slug everyone equally.
