Living in any other province is cheaper than Toronto except for Vancouver, BC. That $1200 someone told you in Alberta is probably for a full apartment which you will never get in Toronto lol, i moved from there. Imagine you pay $900 for a master bedroom, thats what i pay for a 1 bedroom with my own sitting room, kitchen and bathroom in Winnipeg. Everything my private space.
