Yeph Gib is very expensive for property, think central London prices and you are not far off. Glad I bought my ocean spa plaza apartment offplan seven years ago, it’s value had gone up by 80%. Gib is a fantastic property investment zone, unlike Spain which affords no such opportunities.

My uncle bought a studio in ocean heights in 2003 for £28,000. We have inherited but we will NEVER sell . I have been coming to gib for 20 years and it’s means soo much for us I’m studying media and communication so I’m hoping there is some jobs I hope that once I revamp ocean heights studio apartment , you can show the world Ps the HUB is gorgeous ❤️❤️❤️

​@@gordonshaw7586 It's a great time to own property here. I currently rent one out for £850 pcm. I also live in a smaller studio in the same area. Now is the best time to rent it out because the market is on the up. Studios are so easy and relatively cheap to upgrade. Gib is my heaven it's so very relaxing.

Can you make a video on the process of residency for Gibraltar. I am from the uk but when I have looked into it before there seems to be a grey area around brits don’t need working visa but then locals have said you do. A video on this would be really helpful and I am unsure if there is actually one for Brits

Hey! Of course I can make a more detailed video on this. Just so you know that as a UK citizen you don’t need a working visa. Residency you can apply after 3 months of living here. I can go through it on an extensive video detailing everything you need to know :)

Wow she loves Gibraltar !!! How do you feel about the " tax haven " stigma of Gibraltar with quite low tax compared to the rest of Europe ? It's 15% tax though so not really a tax haven, which is 0%.

To stay in Spain for more than 3 months, but to stay a UK resident I think you need to be earning £2k a month in order to stay in Spain,(based on my research because I wanted to move to another area in Spain after Brexit and this is what it said). If you live in Spain and work in gib, do you know if that is still the same amount or is it different since most jobs I look at definitely arent £2k a month and the job would be coming from Gib, not Spain? Also what area is best for young people? I'd like to go to gib and maybe move there one day so am just trying to gather as much info as I can and your videos are super useful! Do you know if there are young people over there that would share flats to split the rent? It would be nice to move there and find a nice group of people to be friends with but i never see much on social media etc about young people living there, like for example Ibiza which has lots of young people. Have you found it easy meeting ppl the same age or not really since I'd imagine a lot of them are older and the young ones leave to go to the UK? Also what is the weather like most days all i want is a bit of sunshine lol 😂

Do you already live in spain? if not then the only way I know to live in spain and work in gib is to get a golden visa (buy 500k house with no mortgage). The £2k a month visa is income from pension / property etc. working is not allowed.
