Thanks for watching! The ease/difficulty would depend on your profile and the job that you are applying for without undermining the importance of local language required for different roles. From a practical point of view, if you graduate from a public university in Italy, then the conversion from the study permit to the work permit is easier compared to applying without any educational experience in Italy.

Bhor, I am intending to be a expat in Milan. would like to get a idea from you that is this possible to get a 40-50 sq mt 1-bedroom appartment(like 1bhk of India) in outskirts of Milan (min 10 km+ from city centre) or in place like Monza for €600-750 (including all utilities) for say 0.5/1 yr contract? Will be grateful if some ideas will be given. Thanks.

Thanks a lot! Regarding your question, 1 BHK of India is equivalent to a Bilocale in Milan. Within your budget, its surely possible to get something in Monza and not entirely impossible even in Milan. You can do a quick search on a site like mioaffitto.it to see the options you can get.
