@@AustinWeiss had the chance to cruise a bit around town, explore the downtown / riverwalk area, some of parks in the south and extended a bit further to Bolingbrook/Plainfield. I can say that your videos helped us knowing what to look for and where to go! really good stuff!

Yaaas! I'd be glad to do a brewery tour video - most likey spring/summer 2023. I know Aldi and Costco have a lot of organic options and are fair priced. Farmers markets run from about April-October - I highlight all the markets in my summer things to do video.
