Household help provide more value then transport expense of a car. You could use public transport or bicycle for commute and pay household helpers more.

I disagree with grocery snd fruit price. Raw vegetable costs 100 rupees for 1kg, every sabzi falls around this price and fruits cost around 150/kg. Rent is right. Grocery depend on consumption

I highly disagree with you being a mumbaiker now migrated in pune. When I say mumbai I say urban mumbai area. Apart from staying in pune. Everything is at par to mumbai. Eating out, electricity, traveling all at par to mumbai.
