Thank you for an interesting clipp. These costs of course are for the stockholm region. Where I live a house would cost maybe 1/10 of that. Also, If you are planing on buying a house in the Stockholm region, I would recommend building one instead. It is slightly cheaper and you get a new house. The whole process takes only a few months if you buy a prefabricated house.

1:30 that's 20% tax. its not high compared to quality of life we get. if that looks high to you then how about 30% tax + 4% cess 🤣🤣🤣

Depends how ur family wants to accommodate.. if both of ur kids likes to share the room then 3room apartment should be fine.. which will 2bedroom,1living room n kitchen..
