It depends po sa state, ur yrs of experience, facility and ur agency if meron, im under agency back then 2018, our starting rate was $26, ngaun i heard sa mga bago around $30, yes i have a frnd with 3kids and a husband nakaya nman,,though she had to do overtime and applied in another nursing home to make ends meet esp. sya tlga ung nagwowork for the family..tiis tiis lng muna sa simula tlga
