I had 3 suits made 20 years ago while vacationing in Koh Samui was not expecting to buy them. Still wearing them to this day and very happy with the quality. lol...Their prices are great Julian👍great behind the scene experience. I like the last/3rd blue suit on you. It suits you😄

If you guys want to get a tailor made suit, there’s literally hundreds of these tailors all over Asia. You don’t have to go to Bangkok. I’ve had them made in Bangkok, Hong Kong, Vietnam, etc. I literally walked by a shop in Bangkok in the morning, went in, liked what I saw, they took some measurements, went back to the store in the afternoon for a fitting, and they delivered it to me at the hotel that night because I had an early morning flight out the next day. That suit was better than any Armani suit on the rack at some store because they were made for my body shape. I also had 10 shirts made at the same visit. 5 shirts and a suit for $300. I probably paid more for mine too because I went to a well known shop that famous people have gone to.

Hi Julian, I thought the checkered suit was not going to work at all especially when you chose a busy patterned lining, but it did work well on you. I thought you looked best in the plain blue, a million dollars! 👍😁

very nice...I'm always a big fan of the Window pane pattern for suits.. key to looking good in a suit is having the right body shape . A beautiful suit - no matter how well made - never looks great on someone with a bad body shape.

What is the canvassing for these suits? So many people who dont know about suits making reviews about suits. The wool blend is actually polyester, not silk as they claim. These are made to measure, not bespoke unfortunately.

My thoughts exactly, I would never buy a Bangkok suit..... Without quality canvass those suit Jackets will not hold their shape after being worn 3 to 4 times

Exactly this. Fused lining, no hand stitches so no curve to the lapel and chest area. See how they look after a couple of dry cleaning visits.

Reminds me of when I was in Bangkok 2016. If I remember correct it had just opened for the public. Had no plans of buying a suit but me and my girlfriend (now wife) went to James Tailor international and it worked out to that I bought 2 suits and my wife got a dress.

Personally I was digging #2 the 3 piece grey/cream combo however that dark royal blue #3 was really nice as well, not sure the baby blue tie matches well but; its your suit and your fashion if you like it that's all that matters. Agree that every man should own at-least 1 suit in his life, those prices are fantastic, makes the trip even more appealing.

I always get a pair of pants with my suits. You’ll wear out the pants before the jacket. Also, take advantage of Thai silk and get your ties there, too. But, caution here, make sure your ties are long enough as most of the ties I see are just too short for me.

I love that they all say Bespoke suits, that is so wrong a good Bespoke suit will take a year to finish. they make 2 suits the one they use the irst suit to be the pattern then they will that as the pattern for your final suit.

Excellent tailored suits are available in Bangkok, but they start at around $1,500 and take 3 fittings, which will usually mean about 3-4 weeks. Not accessible to the typical tourist who isn't in town that long.

$1.500 for 3 suits or per suit? Cuz you can get an Italian tailor in Italy for about that if you're not too picky about the fabric.

Personally I would never consider having a bespoke suit or shirt made in a predominant tourist shopping location especially MBK. The ‘salesmen’ aren’t tailors. They talk about the quality of the materials and the products they sell but it’s all sales patter. The suits or shirts are outsourced to others to manufacture. In some cases the quality isn’t very good, such as the stitching, because items are rushed to meet a delivery deadline. You should also consider if you think the price is cheap the seller is making money too, so what are you really getting for your money? You never see Thai’s buying in these places either. Like they say, if you don’t see Thai people eating in a restaurant, what does that tell you?

ok for bespoke shirts, but not for bespoke suits. The good Asian Tailors stock the best selling fabrics from English or Italian mills. i stick to Saville Row, London and can chose the fabric i really enjoy not the fabric everyone wears. a bespoke suit for under $1000 is probably chinese polyester. stiffened with carton pressed inside the fabric. and the surroundings, who does the bespoke measuring in a shopping street l😅all the signs tell you dont bother.

grey one looks the best but a lot of the fabrics look a tad synthetic. also not enough emphasis on how the pants should fit, they look too skinny on you.

Quality looks very poor, no way they charge $ 500 it's maximum $100 , the fabric looks synthetic for sure .

The incredible number of scams the ties inflict in farang makes having anything made really dicey. From the minute you get in the can at the airport, you will probably be hustled by the driver to jewelry shops, takes, and temple visits. No bespoke suit can be done right in less than 3 fittings. Reputable cloth samples have the manufacturer label on the bolt. The material for a quality suit costs more than the price quoted for the whole suit. Children cutting material in a factory does not engender confidence.

This shop is good, materials are great, they understand how to construct the product..prices are very low for the material you choose..I have my own tailor that makes my suits in Japan..Not cheap..I will have to stop by this shop..If you are required to wear a suit looks like a place to visit..Airfare is nothing if you buy several sets..Suggest you research material first prior to purchasing..Clothes make the man or woman..😊

The pants were a mess. Pants should finely drape down the leg, not grab like some kind of static cling. So many men have no clue to how to wear their pants properly. I would be pissed if my pants fit like that. So many of these videos focus on the jacket. The suit consists of the pants and the jacket. Those pants were HORRIBLE.
