On document- salary slips, work contract, german bank account is mandatory. There are many apps and sites where you can find advertisement of apartments available.

Yes as a student getting part time job is easy but pay is not outstanding, it is enough to carry out your living & education expenses but one cant expect savings on part time job here in Germany ;)
