I disagree with you, Paul. Using flow time only you can produce rubbish in a hurry. Think about it....

Vhendt - good to hear from you. We could have a good discussion about this. maybe not enough space in this comments area. However here is my point. The Toyota flow time is approx 4 hours. In other words wheels and engines arrive at 8am and are on a lorry in a car by 12noon leaving the factory!! Imagine how fantastic the system is to do that? I do agree that if you flow product that no one wants then that could be a disaster though..
