I’m not sure what you mean by family form but I think the IRCC documents need to be filled for one to apply (including that of other members of one’s family) before going for biometrics

Jobs are based on the level of skills and experience. It depends on what one is applying for. I will advice that a new graduate should try and get some experience even if it is just one year so as to get a better job offer and pay.

I already requested for transcript from my school and they sent it directly to me about 5 years before I had to use it. It was stamped with school signature and is as official as I know a transcript to be. That was what I sent to the recruiter.
