Will look into the site you mentioned but I'm with bigcartel at the moment. However looking to switch to shopify when I can afford it!

Good luck on your Etsy journey 🍀 I opened a store in October of 2020, and have been Soooo confused about how all the fees & payments work! Luckily, so far I’ve come out ahead (I only lost money on one transaction because I underestimated the cost of shipping). Thank you for taking the time out to do this video, very helpful!! Even with all those fees, there's also a membership fee and PayPal transaction fees, correct? Also, tax as well for most states. Best advice would be to add the fees into your products or split it through the shipping and price to make up that loss. Thanks for helping me understand where I was going wrong!

This was so helpful. Thank you so much. Yeah, the fees are annoying, but the way I look at it is that I will be spending in Etsy fees what I would have spent (probably even more) to have managed my own website, payment processing, etc. Plus, with Etsy, you are given access to this huge search engine where people tend to linger, which hopefully increases the likelihood of making a sell (with the right product description and tags).
