Moving forward, this biannual meeting for all leaders, designed to share strategic insights and collaborate on leadership topics, now includes leaders from Costa Shoreside, Carnival Maritime, and Fleet Ship Council ⚓ 🏢
Over three days on Costa Fortuna, we navigated a new course for our Company, placing emphasis on trust, transparency, communication, and, above all, collaboration for a highly performing and united leadership team. The agenda featured alternating inspirational presentations by both internal and external speakers, interspersed with dedicated time for working sessions in groups
