It’s our logo. Ludus is Latin for training. The school the gladiators went to was Ludi. The Retiarius were a type a fighter they carried a Trident Net and Shield. So since i was Maritime and my family , plus we train people. Just seemed to fit

I have both. I have to disagree. KORE is crap, made in China. Threw it in trash after my gun fell off cause it failed. Any belt you can cut with a pair of scissors is garbage. I have the original Blackbeard Belts Ranger belt and it is a beast. I can imagine what this will be. This one going to be a tank. Thanks Costa for your review.

@@rjs7153 being able to cut something means its trash? let me take scissors to your plate carrier, sling, boots, pants. ect ect. ignorant comment bud. ive yet to see a kore belt or similar quality ratchet style belt fail. again i daily use one for duty, thats hard on belts. ive seen plenty of eyelets rip out. thats why LEO belts specifically dont use them anymore. or military for that matter.

@@ava9oh1282000I’ve had several KORE belts fail. The ratchet nubs eventually wear and the belt can slip on your perfect sizing nubs and then the belt becomes either too tight or too loose. I’ve also had the ratchet handle snap and no longer be able to release the buckle. That said the belt itself is really good quality and KORE definitely makes a decent product. I just ordered the Costa Blackbeard Belt in OD Green and black buckle, and if this is as good as I expect, I’ll be ordering the coyote and black with the polished stainless buckles.
