loved this video eva! when you mentioned not feeling like you were very present last year made me realise that I wasn't being very present either/ am not being very present in my life. I tried to reflect a bit on 2024 and honestly it felt like a blur and that the whole year kinda blended into one. I can't think of much to be proud of myself for or reflect on. I think we get so caught up trying to be on top of life all the time and that effects us being present in our lives. thank you for reminding me to be more present in my life and rest. I don't need to be productive all the time and can enjoy life without feeling like I have to accomplish something ❤

You might not want to completely replace reading + matcha (perhaps write first and clear out what's on your mind then bring in reading goodness).
