Hey guys! Listen, my wife and I want to say thank you for this video. We are here in La Fortuna now and did the hanging bridges this morning. On your advice we showed up early AF, 6:15 am. Had the place to ourselves for the most part. We walked slow, enjoyed the views, took pics etc etc. As we were leaving the park literal bus loads of people were piling in. We HATE large crowds in nature settings. Beaches, cities, music festivals are fine but when we head into the wilderness we love peace and the sounds of the forest. Thanks so much for the heads up on getting there early! Really came in clutch.

It was the best going in the rain! Went in swim suit and water shoes. Also didn’t talk and was able to spot a few monkeys. Heaven :)

@@ChewsToExplore just anywhere affordable. So far it's down to Guatemala, Costa Rica, Puerto Rico, Colombia...no longer Belize...too pricey for a 6 day trip unfortunately
@ChewsToExplore2 жыл бұрын
@@ikwuamaesi Yes all of those are great options. TBH costa rica and san juan puerto rico are more expensive but still very affordable. I would recommend El Salvador, Guatemala, or Colombia.

I’ve watched your videos repeatedly over the past year or so. Been to Costa Rica twice over the last 16 months but I’ve never been to Mt. Arenal/La Fortuna and was wondering if you’ve ever experienced it in the Green Season, June/July?
