Our Costa Rica Recap is always our favorite video of the year, and we just completed our 6th and 7th retreats! We get to spend quality time connecting with our EatMoveRest Fam (in real life!) in one of the most beautiful places in the world. It truly feels like medicine (or superfood) for the soul...we get to hike to waterfalls, practice yoga and meditation, surf in the ocean, sungaze, go barefoot, visit farmers markets, eat raw foods and gourmet plant-based meals, discuss faith and spirituality, and so much more! We also enjoyed a week of down time at an Airbnb as a family of four between hosting our two retreats. It was so wonderful, and we can't wait to go back. I think you should seriously consider Greece for your European retreats- it is by far cheaper than Italy for example, and full of beautiful nature. Fruits and veg are in abundance as well.

Love that you mention how in North America, everything that is just simple life has such a fancy name in order to monetize them...made me feel uneasy this week as I was reflecting on going to a family style forest school but it was just kids playing outside in nature...but ppl have to be certified and etc...aaaaaa so help us Lord. This is so beautiful❤ My husband is from Honduras so this scenery is very familiar..I am absolutely in love with his home country. I can totally relate what Erin says about breastfeeding lol. I am breastfeeding our third baby and traveling with the kids is kinda crazy but I wouldn’t change it for anything. I want them to see the world their dad grew up in and be forever grateful for our life here in America. We are so privileged. We love your videos including our boys! I just love that you are so comfortable and happy making this video WHILE NURSING MAX ❤!! More people need to realize how important breast feeding is and to continue it beyond infancy. I nursed my last child until age 3 1/2. It was a wonderful experience for us both ❤. Thank you Erin and Dusty for bringing us such wonderful content.
