Oh I’ve heard this - purposely doing trips knowing they probably aren’t going to like them. One couple went back on P&O even though they hate them. Mind boggles. Clicks and £££

We love the vibrant colors in the room, and the bathroom tiles really jazz up the space. We would not have an issue with the see-thru shower. Looks very spacious. The window seat is a very nice addition. Thanks for sharing.

Decent cabin for sure. Big shower, and a lot of space for storing your items in the rack near the door of the bathroom. Congrats on finding all the hidden storage! I love the colors. Bright and bold in the lounge area, and calming blue in the bed area. That window seat (with storage) is a bonus.

I love, love, love that cabin and would book it without hesitation. It's SO cheerful with the colors, the furnishings fit right in, that window and the lounger below is fantastic and I love the bathroom - frosty glass window at all. It makes for a wonderful change of pace if you ask me. I have a feeling that by the time your entire vlog on Toscana airs, I will be totally sold on them. Great tour as always!

Great cabin for a standard, bathroom is fab with not a plastic shower curtain in sight as they are very naff🙀. I love all the blue and not offended by the colour in the lounge area.

This is why I love you. Having been on this ship I know 99% of the reviews have been extremely unfair. I like your good self applause Costa differences, but there again I like IKEA and IBIS. Comfortable, clean and modern. The only thing I noticed was no fridge in your cabin. In my cabin on Toscana 💯 was a fridge. Carry on Cruising Jamie! Fly cruise bargain!

It's an Italian party! After that spare Scandinavian maple with the masquerading knobs/hooks. I always ask the steward to turn off the TV. I never use the TV. Quaint window seat. Lovely towel animal! Desk seeams as basic and awkward as on Virgin. In fact, the Italian party color is an improvement over Virgin's mod color scheme. Nice desk drawer for paper and pen. Very strange desk mirror and shower window: at first I thought maybe it was a holdover from a previous owner, but, a quick internet search showed that actually Costa Toscana is a new ship purposely built for Costa. I don't understand; but it's not so odd as to put me totally off Costa. I am enjoying your video and maybe some day I'll try Costa just for fun.

I actually really like the design of this one. Looks like it's got a few quirks but it looks welcoming, homely and with plenty of storage. It's definitely giving budget hotel vibes but budget hotels are designed to be functional, hard wearing and easy to clean. That's no bad thing. And as for the price... How can anyone possibly complain? You could barely afford to stay at home for that!

Without ever being on a Costa ship, I think they get too bad of a rep. A lot of it is catered to Italians/Europeans, which is completely fair, and the prices are unbeatable. A lot of stuff I saw in other vlogs that were criticized were just normal to me, nothing to complain about. I'd go on a Costa cruise for sure! I think the cabin looks absolutely fine. Can't wait for your vlogs ❤

Well! The colour scheme is an initial shock to the senses but, as your vlog progressed, it started to grow on me; such a contrast to the bland colour schemes of the majority of ships. I approve. The window seat is great with views better than many a balcony cabin. It will be interesting to see how the rest of the ship measures up.

Did her sister ship Smeralda in November from Tenerife to Dubai for 31 nights. Travelled solo, got a aft balcony for less than £1000. Don't get the hatred from English speakers on this cruise line. Ben and David did a hatchet job on this a couple of months ago. In March i am doing La Romana to Barcelona for 21 nights on Costa for just under £800, travelling solo. Although a guaranteed inside cabin, whats not to like?

Yeah, people bad-mouth Carnival, but I'm very selective on cruises and I had a great time on Carnival. I'm thinking the same about Costa. A lot of people bad-mouth Costa, but, if I allign my expectations with my budget, and am selective about my cruise, I think that I could enjoy a Costa cruise, too! Maybe not be a status seeker, but, for occasional fun, okay!

The room decor is not my style or what I would choose to relax in along with the simple fact that I would need a balcony so I could have some fresh air. We are all different and as you said this is a budget cruise line - I won't stay at an Ibis hotel either!
