Favorite hotdogs were simmered in lager beer then served with sauerkraut, brown mustard and a little sprinkle of celery salt. Best with Saugy hotdogs, a RI classic.

I’m Mexican and we wrap the franks with bacon and on to the grill. Add mayo to the bun, the bacon wrapped frank, topped pico de gallo (diced tomato, onion, cilantro and jalapeños) and ketchup. Sometimes grilled onions too.

The grill onions 🌰 and the bacon 🥓 are what make the Mexican hotdogs 🌭, the other stuff is optional and different. In our family we skip the pico de gallo but slice Avocados and dill pickles are a must.

Nathans or Hebrew National (butterflied lengthwise) in the air fryer. It intensifies the flavor when it's browned on both sides and helps to drain a little more fat without sacrificing flavor! Easy cleanup when you use parchment paper too! Thank you Gina. You have helped save me so much money and time by taking the time to shoot and edit all these videos for us! Happy 4th!
