I worked for a company that manufactured natural (and artificial) flavors. Take for example, the natural strawberry flavor in the collagen liquid shown in the video. To make a recipe for this flavor, there are 23 chemical ingredients + strawberry puree. The difference with artificial flavor is 23 chemical ingredients and no natural purée. There's no such thing as “natural” flavoring.

I was in my Costco here in laguna California and was walking down the aisle there was a guy sampling bread and he said, as part of he sell, this is the only Bobby approved bread. I did a second take. I think that’s the only time I’ve heard that. Getting more popular. Also, I would like to see Bobby address the issue Dr Boz has been bringing up about maltodexrin in Lmnt electrolytes. I know how much he hates that stuff I didn’t know it was in there. Been using for about 6 months now.

What is the deal with costco lately? Has anyone else noticed a change? They stopped carrying a supplement that was regularly in coupon and was a huge seller. Also their coupons are not good. Less items on coupon and not the regular stuff I used to buy. Also everything is extremely expensive. Example- I almost bought a dog bed 4 months ago and the regular price was $34.99. I looked at it again last week and it’s priced $49.99!!! Quite the jump. How can they justify that. For me, they are taking the fun out of shopping there and I go less and less.

Sucralose is an ingredient in Splenda not the same as equal to it. Splenda: dextrose, maltodextrin, and sucralose. I don’t use sucralose but you shouldn’t say that because it’s incorrect.

It's hard to take seed because it has to be taken on an empty stomach. Hard to do that in the morning before work. You have to take either 1 hour before or two hours after a meal. This can be difficult on a work day.
