Mr Fox is back! And yeah shipping eats into action figure budget. Many figures are so inexpensive that shipping equals anywhere from 1/2 to another whole figure added to the collection. Glad to see Bartman is in the giveaway! Have a great day PD7 👊🏻😎🕹️

$1.19 for a Hot Wheel is downright reasonable. At least there are still some cheap toys to be had. I had to check the 80s prices and they were $93-99 cents. Not a giant leap in 40 years.

@@UToobin75switch oled came out in October 2021. Usually goes on sale via Amazon for $300 or so every Black Friday. I play it daily it's my first gaming console since Xbox 360. I probably got my moneys worth already.

Hey Phil! Some big news Thursday that you haven't really mentioned for the AtGames flipper lag update. Keep an eye out to see if they really do fix it. All these stores have McFarlane's Wolverine but it's for preorder only online. That's really weird man. It's the first figurine that I've wanted since I was a child. How close are you to getting the nintendo switch oled? It's my first console since Xbox 360 and I play it multiple times a week. Need more games though 😂 Might as well wait for Black Friday deals at this point. Who needs work pants when you can go to work naked and just collect more figures! 😂 jk Been really debating getting the marvel stern pinball but for the money I just don't feel I'd play it enough. Would also be annoying having to do maintenance each month. I feel like over time it would just be a relic in my house 😂 would be awesome to have and show off but ten grand awesome? Not sure about that. There may be smarter ways to relive my nostalgia.

I think any pinball would be a relic at my house too, there’s a high at first then a dust collector:) There’s a lot of McFarlane still on preorder even though I see them at GameStop and Best Buy. I don’t trust the preorder process, I think as much as I get out I’ll have a better chance finding it. The Batman preorder was short lived, I’m holding out and tracking them down in Target. Eventually I think this stuff including Robin and Wolverine will be everywhere. Probably November / December I have about 50 built up so far I might be at 100-120 by the time I buy a switch.

I went to Costco yesterday and played around with the Golden Tee/Midway and noticed that it has the 2-player rom for Gauntlet, which is a step back from the MK Deluxe that allows for 4 player online co-op. Does the hybrid XL not have online play for the midway games?

No online play unfortunately. It's one of their worst cabinets imo because all the games are not playable in their original control formats

It’s a disappointment no online for this cab. Kind of a discount XL cab, but still fun just not what we were expecting.

@@PDX7for me it’s my “morning show” playing as I get ready in the morning and start my work from home day, and so even though I get the point of 15 minutes or less, but in my case I’m with the episode until it ends I’m just amazed at how easy you make it look these days to drop an episode every day … amazing

Please don't shorten them 15 minutes or less. There are a many longtime viewers here who enjoy the longer formats. Every channel is different but PD7 has grown his channel five times in one year doing exactly what he's doing now.

Ever watch these types of videos and think to yourself, man alive, the collector mindset is grossly consumerist, childish, and a disease more than it is a hobby? I mean imagine dedicating thousands of hours tracking down molded plastic packaged inside of other plastic just because it loosely harkens back to ones own childhood. Marketing nostalgia is low hanging fruit for corporations.

I think there has to be limits on what I will buy / collect because there’s definitely an overload out there right now. We also need to know that this might not be worth anything later so if you buy something do it because you want it. I will admit they’re targeting us pretty good :)

There are good and bad addictions. Collecting nostalgic items as a hobby is far from a "disease." My friends wife encourages him to play video games because he could be out doing god knows what instead.
