Just assembled mine but it’s super hard to even move forward or back? I don’t think it should require so much pressure. What am I doing wrong?

I’m wondering the same, and the brush stops rotating mid push. Didn’t know if I assembled wrong or what

@@jasminnevelandia1130 exact same issue. Did some research and turns out this is only good for the flat carpet, not thicker ones apparently. Doesn’t explain the brush stopping amidst.
