Do you know if you can switch between settings not via the internal setting in the light?

The dimming is controlled at the switch side so depending on the switch you buy you can control the dimming

@@TheGizmoGarage I have this specific one. There is that bar that you can set the lighting to (3000k, 4000k, 5000k) inside the light fixture. But once you set it, and put the frame on. I'm trying to figure out if you can somehow change the setting without having to take off the white part and just switch it from the light switch
